Is it a real Santa?
No. Our Santa is an AI performance: a character we created, voiced and animated by AI from a script you approve. Kids hear a warm, personal Santa; grown-ups know it’s a performance.
How long does it take?
Usually a few minutes after you pay. You can watch the progress, and we email you the link the moment it’s ready.
Can I change what Santa says?
Yes. You see the whole script before paying, can edit any word, and can ask for a few fresh drafts. Santa says exactly what you approve.
How does the QR gift card work?
Print it at home on regular paper or card stock, fold it, and give it. Scanning the code with any phone camera plays the video. The code keeps working for at least a year.
How mean does the Naughty List roast get?
You pick the level from 1 (gentle ribbing) to 3 (savage but clean). Santa only roasts the habits and stories you give him, never someone’s body, race, religion, health or identity, and he always ends warm.
What happens to my child’s details?
We use them only to write and make the video. We delete the name, details, script and your email 30 days after delivery, and we never ask for photos of children. Unfinished drafts are deleted after 7 days. Read the privacy policy.
What if it comes out wrong?
Reply to your order email and we’ll re-render it free. If we can’t make it right, you get a full refund.
