These terms are between you and Zoey OS, LLC (“we”), which runs Santa Said It. By ordering, you agree to them.

What you’re buying

A personalized video in which an AI-performed Santa character speaks a script written by AI from the details you provide and approved by you, plus a printable QR card and, for Nice List videos, a certificate. Santa Said It is a performance and a novelty gift. It is not a recording by any real person.

Your details and your script

• You must be 18 or older to order.
• Only give us details you have the right to share, and only about people you know. Don’t include last names, addresses, schools or anything private.
• You approve the script before the video is made, and Santa says what you approve.
• Roasts are for fun between people who know each other. Don’t use the service to harass, bully or humiliate anyone. We filter scripts and may refuse or remove any video that breaks these rules, with a refund.

Price, payment and refunds

• Prices are shown before you pay: $14 for one video, $29 for a family bundle of three, and $7 per extra video added to a bundle. Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record.
• If the video comes out wrong (for example a mispronounced name or a glitch), tell us and we’ll re-render it free.
• If we can’t deliver a working video, you get a full refund.
• Unused bundle videos can be made until December 31, 2026.

Hosting and ownership

Your share link and QR code stay live for at least one year after delivery. You may download the MP4 and use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. We keep the rights to the Santa character, voice and design. We may show a video in our marketing only with your separate, written permission.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order.
